Cards Accepted

• You can pay by using most credit or debit cards.
  
  
• We accept Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron on our secure site
  
  
• We also accept Paypal (you will be directed to Paypal during checkout)
  
  
• However you decide to pay, the price of your order stays the same. So simply choose whichever is most convenient for you
  
  
  
• Why has my payment been declined ?
  
  
  
• Payments can be declined for a number of reasons but typically it is from details being entered incorrectly, please do check all requested details are entered correctly.
  
  
• CVC Code - Please ensure you have entered the correct Card Validation Code. This is the last three small numbers printed on the back of your credit or debit card. Turn your card over and look at the signature strip. You will see some printed numbers. The last three digits (your Card Validation Code) are separated from the others by a space. This a fairly new scheme that gives you more security against card fraud. Entering the code helps to prove that you actually have the card in your hand .
  
  
• Cardholder Address - As we need to verify the cardholder details - please ensure you enter the correct cardholder address in the boxes provided. This will need to be completed with all parts of your address including your postcode.
  
  
• Card Types - We can only accept Delta, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron. Unfortunately we do not accept any other credit, debit cards or online payment cards (including American Express & Diners Club).
  
  
• Other Problems - We suggest you contact you bank directly if you are still having problems with making a payment. If problems still persist our Customer Services Department may be able to help. Please contact us by clicking on the 'Contact Us' link on the left.
  
  

I did not complete my Paypal Payment

• If you confirm you order and go to Paypal and DO NOT complete the transaction for any reason, your order status will appear as "Pending Paypal". All you need to do is check you are logged into your account and select "View My Order History" (bottom right). Click the "VIEW" button next to your order "PENDING PAYPAL". The order information is displayed - at the bottom click on the "RETRY TO PAY" button. You will be directed to Paypal again.
